Step Five

You should see this when you select one encoding:

Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon
bishoujo senshi sailormoon

Thirst you select 'Japanese (Auto-Detect)', you should be able to read the JSIC one.
Then you select 'Japanese (EUC-JP)' and now you should be able to read the second one.

JSIC: 美少女戦士セーラームーン

EUC: ﾈｾｯｽﾀｻﾎ･ｻ｡ｼ･鬘ｼ･爍ｼ･

When you have done this, you are finished and know you can view japanese Pages with this browser.
